Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions for Hosted Isomux, sold by Isomux LLC.

Your first 7 days

If you cancel within 7 days of first signing up for Hosted Isomux, we will refund your first subscription payment in full.

If we do not deliver your office

If we take payment and cannot provide the Hosted Isomux office you ordered, we will refund that payment in full.

After the first 7 days

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your office continues through the period you already paid for, so we do not refund the unused part of that period. This does not limit the failure-to-deliver refund above or any rights that applicable law gives you.

How to request a refund

For a first-7-days refund, cancel from your account dashboard. Then write to llc@isomux.com from the email address on your account. If we did not deliver your office, write to us even if you cannot use the dashboard. Tell us the office name and which payment you want refunded. We review the signup, cancellation, and delivery records and issue eligible refunds to the original payment method.

What this policy does not cover

Hosted Isomux does not sell Claude or ChatGPT usage. Charges from model providers are separate and are not covered by this policy.
